 Myocare provides myotherapy and related wellness services.
 We may also provide online bookings, consultations, and other products related to body work, pain management, and wellness.

3. Bookings, Payment & Cancellation
 All bookings are subject to availability.
 You must pay as specified at booking; payment methods accepted are [credit card or cash].
 Cancellation policy: You must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations/rescheduling; otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.
 No-shows: may be charged in full or as per a specified policy.

 Results of myotherapy vary with individuals; we make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

6. Liability
 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myocare (its practitioners, staff, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the services.

 Our liability in respect of any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Privacy & Data
 We collect, store and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data as described.

8. Intellectual Property
 All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Myocare, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
